License Agreement

1.      The Intellectual Property protection laws of Ministry or Interior and Justice from Colombian Republic protect the ConGeneIros - General Ledger and inventories computer software.

2.      In The version MDB or ACCDB you can add objects developed by yourself, but is NOT allowed to change or remove fields supplied by ConGeneIros. It allows however change the presentation and distribution of the boxes on the forms and / or different reports to the Control Panel Home in which only allows the amendment through the archival titles. The total or partial reproduction and / or distribution of any parts of this program including their functions and architecture of the relational database are strictly forbidden without the consent of the author and/ or their legal representatives. This kind of violation law will give rise to serious penalties as much civilians as criminals and it will be the object of all the judicial actions that correspond.

3.      The reproduction and / or distribution in whole or in part any part of this program, including its functions and structure of the relational database, is strictly prohibited without the consent of the author and / or their legal representatives and may lead to serious civil penalties as criminal and is subject to all legal action as appropriate.

5. The demo versions alone you are authorized for effects of evaluation and for the limited number of 99 transactions lines, over this quantity you must acquire the License of Use.

6. It is understood that upon acquiring the program, the user had enough time for program tests and evaluations in the DEMO version that you obtained for their analysis and decision to purchase ConGeneIros and the program surrenders therefore under the modality "as is”.

7. The ConGeneIros computer software settles Windows 98 and superiors on Microsoft platforms and on Microsoft Access 97 and 2000/2003 versions, properly tested but we are not responsible for any wrong operation of happiness platform.

8. Due to the program ConGeneIros surrenders under the modality “as is”, the user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any Liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.

9.  The original version of ConGeneIros computer software is developed with titles, subtitles and box messages in Spanish Language and the translation to other language is responsibility of the buyer and only is allowed using the given tools in the database ConGeneIros for this purpose: "TítulosFormularios" form (Form_Titles), "TítulosInformes" form (Form_Reports) and "MensajesCuadros" form (Form_Messages_Box). ConGeneIros does not submit any kind of tools to change   the original on line help files and the internal names or the software that is sent as is.

10.  It is not allowed to make changes neither special adaptation to the ConGeneIros software given in the database without the expressed permission of the Author. You must use a linked database for that purpose. If you have the MDB version, you can create your own objects (Including VBA Functions) but you cannot modify the Visual Basic code of ConGeneIros neither change the objects submitted by ConGeneIros.  Anyway, any change or adjustment to special program ConGeneIros be the sole responsibility of the user because the programs are delivered in the form "as is"

11. The Basic Version is totally free of charges.

12. The product Microsoft Access RunTime is provided free by courtesy of Microsoft Corporation and according to their own conditions.

13. The module ConGeneIrosME.mde (Written Amount) is completely free of charge and can be used in other applications even if the reference is maintained to its Author.

14.  It is forbidden to charge additional costs for downloading and / or distributing software ConGeneIros. Anyone doing so, it must display in a clearly visible manner to the end user the option to acquire the software ConGeneIros from the author's website entirely free of charge. Since then the license is acquired only through the author or his official website: www.congeneiros.com, so it is completely illegal to offer licenses for generic use purpose. (04/Feb/2009).
