License Agreement

1. The Intellectual Property protection laws of Ministry or Interior and Justice from Colombian Republic protect the ConGeneIros computer software. General Ledger and inventories.

2. The MDB or ACCDB version (Source) allow add Objects developed by end user, but is NOT allowed remove or change the objects functionality submitted by ConGeneIros. By the way, you can change the format of the forms and reports according your necessities except the Main Control Panel that is only allowed to change using the Titles files tools.

3. The total or partial reproduction and / or distribution of any parts of this program including their functions and architecture of the relational database are strictly forbidden without the consent of the author and/ or their legal representatives. This kind of violation law will give rise to serious penalties as much civilians as criminals and it will be the object of all the judicial actions that correspond.

4. The license agreement authorizes the use of the software exclusively for one only version and for only one client if it is mounted on an architecture client / server. In this last case a license for each client or workstation of the server will be required.

5. The demo versions alone you are authorized for effects of evaluation and for the limited established time when you make the download (modality "Shareware"): 30 days.

6. It is understood that upon acquiring the program, the user had enough time for program tests and evaluations in the DEMO version that you obtained for their analysis and decision to purchase ConGeneIros and the program surrenders therefore under the modality "as is”.

7. The ConGeneIros computer software settles Windows 98 and superiors on Microsoft platforms and on Microsoft Access 97 and 2000/2003 versions, properly tested but we are not responsible for any wrong operation of happiness platform.

8. Due to the program ConGeneIros surrenders under the modality “as is”, the user must assume the entire risk of using the program. Any Liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of purchase price.

9. The original version of ConGeneIros computer software is developed with titles, subtitles and box messages in Spanish Language and the translation to other language is responsibility of the buyer and only is allowed using the given tools in the database ConGeneIros for this purpose: "Títulos Formularios" form, "Títulos Informes" form and "Mensajes Cuadros" form. ConGeneIrosdoes not submit any kind of tools to change   the original on line help file and the internal names or the software that is sent as is.

10. It is not allowed to make changes neither special adaptation to the ConGeneIros software given in the database without the expressed permission of the Author. Anyway, any change or adjustment to special program ConGeneIros be the sole responsibility of the user because the programs are delivered in the form "as is"

11. The Basic Version is totally free of charges.
