How do I include the logo of the company in the
Control Panels?
You should keep the image of the logo in the
information of the Company, this way:
- Go to the section [Parámetros de Contabilidad] (G/L Parameters) or [Parámetros
de Inventarios] (Inventory Parameters) depending on the section where you are.
- Select the button [Datos de la Empresa] (Company Data) and press click in the
[Logoole] box.
- Press the key [Supr] (Delete) in order to delete the existent image.
- Select the option of menu [Insertar] / [Objeto] (Insert / Object).
- Press [click] on the option [Crear desde archivo] (Create from file), deactivate
the box [Vincular] (Link) and press [click] on the button [Examinar] (Find).
- Select the image of your Company. It should be in BMP format, because the
JPG or GIF format doesn't work in all the platform installation.
- Press the key [Aceptar] (Accept) and close the screens [Empresa] (Company) and
[PanelControl ParametrosCG] (Control Panel G/L Parameters).
- Quit from
ConGeneIros and come back again. The logo of your company will begin to appear.

2.
How does the process of cancellation of income
statement work?
The process of cancellation of income statement is made by using the option:
[PanelControl Contabilidad] / [Cancelación Cuentas de Resultado] (G/L Control Panel /
Cancel Income statements):
- ConGeneIros will proceed to generate an accounting voucher automatically where it will
cancel the balances of each income account against the temporary income account
that you previous have assigned in the Accounts Plan, box [Codpuceq]. Because ConGeneIros is a program
totally transactional, you have two tools of correction for trials:
- Eliminate the countable voucher generated selecting the option [PanelControl
Contabilidad] / [Ingreso de Comprobantes] (Control Panel G/L / Maintain Vouchers) and
repeat the process of cancellation of income statement when you are ready with the
corrections; or
- Executing an additional process of cancellation of income statement when you are
ready with the corrections.
- Verify the accounting information using previews on option [Informes] / [Balance Comprobacion] (Reports
/ Trial Balance) or [Informes] / [Extracto de Cuentas] (Reports / Extract of Accounts).
- Using a manual general ledger voucher on option [PanelControl Contabilidad] /
[Ingreso de Comprobantes] (General ledger Control Panel / Maintain Vouchers) you could
cancel the temporary income account against the respective Balance account: Earnings or
Losses of the exercise.

How is it the procedure in order to reverse a
process of Interface?
The procedure in order to reverse an Interface is very simple: delete
the account voucher generated by the interface process using the option [PanelControl
Contabilidad] / [Ingreso de Comprobantes] (General Ledger Control Panel / Maintain
Vouchers) and the program automatically turns back the process. In the case of a physical
Inventory interface the program will turn back both the account transactions and the
inventory transactions and it will be placed in the initial state of the Physical
Inventory.

How is it the procedure in order to link a database to ConGeneIros?
The communication between databases generally is made through ODBC controllers.
Therefore it is necessary that the database that you want to link to ConGeneIros has these
controllers. If your database is not Microsoft Access you must consult your supplier. For
databases Microsoft Access the procedure is very simple:
- From the database that you want to Link select the option of menu [File] /
[Obtain external data] / [Link Tables].
- Look for the ConGeneIros database, the program will show you the list of the tables of the database
in the window [Link tables].
- Select the table or tables that you want to link and Press the button [Accept]
and
thats all !!.

Do we be had the objects source of ConGeneIros?
Yes, It is. For platform Microsoft Access 2000 and later, you will can download
the database in MDB format (source) in the section Download
full MDB Version, in order than you can reformat the forms and reports according to
your necessities. At this time you can use the basic tools for change titles and subtitles
of the forms and reports of ConGeneIros.
For technical purpose you have all our support and the attendance of
third parties (Case Microsoft for platforms Access for Windows (@) in our Customer support section Clarifying that there is no
relationship and agreement between ConGeneIros and Microsoft. Note: You do not have access to the source Visual Basic code
of the Modules ConGeneIros, but you can use any function
of ConGeneiros, define your own functions and use those in your own Forms, Reports and Queries, additionally you can use the macros or event
procedure property for more definitions tasks..

"Genera Comprobante Saldos Iniciales" that you be given in the database linked
BDxxVinculada?
The first that it is necessary to say is that ConGeneIros is a program
totally transactional and therefore the concept of "Initial Balances" is only
required for the beginning of operations of the company. But with the lapse from the time
it could happen that the volume of transactions is so significant that it harm the
performance of the processes. It is in this point that would be recommendable delete
unnecessary historical transactions. To do this, you need to generate a voucher of Initial
Balances by using this form. You select determinate closing period (advisable 2 years

transferring your data base information to the new version of ConGeneIros is very simple and fast:
The new version of ConGeneIros comes with a program set up that import your data base
information into the new version totally automatic. This program could be called when the
welcome form is displayed (Where the license registration is requested) by pressing the
function key [F4] and, like all the programs of ConGeneIros, you will obtain a detailed explanation of this process
by pressing the help function key [F1].For an old ease we recommend you that both data
bases, the old version with your information and the new downloaded version reside in the
same folder (directory).
Remember that prior to any process, including the import of information of your data base,
you must register your license owner code in the new data base version of ConGeneIros.
Attention: Only the version 06.05.1 or latest
import data from Sales Invoices section, the older version only import data from
Accounting and Inventory sections.

The License / Key from version 07.04 or newer is allowed to
08.01 version (Microsoft Access 2007platform), but remember that programs are delivered in
the form "As it is" and therefore at any time ConGeneIros can
modify the algorithm for calculating the keys when it sees fit without any commitment to
enable their access to previous versions.

Can I control several companies from a single program?
Yes, you can.
Begining 07.12 and 08.03 (Access 2007) versions: in the main control
panel you can change the Company. It is important to clarify that it is
not possible consolidate several companies because they are processed
independent each other but this way is very useful for accountants who
wish to control and record several small and medium companies.
